We met with Change Healthcare today, and they are still in the process of testing claims. We will not be submitting claims to Change Healthcare until they contact us and let us know we are ready to go.

We will continue to submit claims to our other clearinghouse until further notice.

Please DO NOT do any enrollments at this time, so do not do any of the paperwork to get enrollment with Office Ally, if we find that you need to do this we will contact you. You can tell Optum Funding that you can not submit claims because your enrollment is with Change Healthcare and you have no means to send these claims at this time, you can search by your state on the payers that can not be processed at this time.
