04/06/2024 Change Healthcare Update


Good Afternoon,

We have yet to hear from Change Healthcare regarding our claims going to them they are still working on testing and we have been told that starting next week 
they will contact vendors to start connecting to the system. We are still sending claims to our other clearinghouse.

Claims- If you take Medicare, Straight Medicaid, or other carriers that you have got a message for enrollment required, please go ahead and do the enrollments to move this process further.
If we connect back to Change Healthcare we will continue to file your claims until you are approved for the enrollment that you are in the process of with Office Ally.
Please let us know if you are approved to submit claims to Office Ally so that we can do the transfer to the new Payer ID and get your clients moved to the new payer.
Please submit a ticket if you have questions or are approved to submit claims to the carrier you requested. You will notice that on the form you get they have detailed instructions on this process.
If you work with the RM team they are doing the enrollments for you for both claims and eras.

ERA's/EOB's-If you would like to start the process for eras please use this link to find the payers.
When we connect with change this will not affect the past eras doing this enrollment.
You do not have to contact us to let us know you are approved for era/eobs from the Payer or Office Ally.
We will be working with Office Ally to do mass enrollments, so you are more than welcome to wait if needed.
Please follow all instructions per the payer.

All Aetna products have informed Office Ally that they will do a mass enrollment for our customers to get the era's back from the start of this problem and will expedite this process, I will find out 
more payers that are doing this as well next week, I have pulled a report so you do not have to contact Therasoft to do the enrollment unless you do not want to get era's for Aetna.


Again please know that we are doing everything in our power to get this process resolved, however, at this time we are at the mercy of Change Healthcare to get past eras.
We do believe that this will happen next week as they are still testing to make sure the transactions are going through, they did have a hiccup which is why we are delayed doing this with Change.
Continue to submit claims and check your claim status.
