Good evening,

I wanted to inform you that all the enrollments for Anthem/BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, United (87726) have been completed and sent to office ally to get this process started so you can see your eobs inside of Therasoft.

This timeline can vary when the eob's will come into Therasoft some take 5-45 days to arrive at the eob tab within Therasoft.

If your state is not listed below this means you have to go to the link below and find the forms fill them out or do the online enrollment.

Please login to Therasoft to view the attachment that requires enrollment and look at our announcement for 4/18/2024. If the attachment has bulk enrollment off to the right then your state does not have to do the enrollments, you will also notice in the attachment there are other payers as well that we are working on getting completed for you. Make sure to check the list before doing any era enrollments.

Below are the ones that Therasoft has done for you. We are still working on other payers as well. 

These are completed below. There is nothing for you to do, you will get an email when you have been approved. You do not have to tell us they will just flow into the system.
