We don't have a timeline quite yet on when the restore will be completed, we are waiting for hardware to arrive tomorrow to install and then be able to load the restore.
Therasoft was not hacked, we are working hard to restore the data and get this resolved asap.
You can insert appointments on the calendar if your clients are not on the calendar and we will work on fixing the duplications once the system is back up. You can take payments and write notes as well as send claims.
Also there is an option to email all your current active clients on the calendar there is a button called TSecure MSG, you can email them and let them know to contact you if they have not received an online link if they are scheduled for telehealth, or you want them to know that they might not receive a reminder as well and to contact you if they need to reschedule etc.
