We wanted to let you know that the service we use to send out SMS appointment reminders is down right now, for today you will need to call your clients to remind them of their appointments.

We do confirm that they did go out yesterday as normal, we are working with our third party to get this up and going as fast as we can.

We can also confirm that Email Reminders are being sent.

We will keep you updated as we closely monitor this situation.
