We wanted to share with you that we have been notified by the clearinghouse that Tricare East is having Transition problems since moving to a new system in January.

As soon as I hear back from Office Ally, I will update everyone as to what the ETA is for resolution. This is for all claims to the Tricare East Region for all Providers in the Country not just Therasoft providers.
