3/25/2024 Update with Change Healthcare

Good afternoon,

At this time we are still utilizing our backup clearinghouse.

We have had conversations with Change Healthcare and it looks like it's going to be another 3 or 4 weeks before the platform that we use will be back up.
Due to this, we are working with Change Healthcare to onboard a new platform, that will allow us to get era's from the start of this occurrence of this cyber attack.
We are being told that it could get us the era's by next week if not sooner.
We also will be able to send claims to payers that require paperwork without doing an enrollment for some payers, we are waiting on that list from Change Healthcare.

We are looking into moving clearinghouses going forward and at this time we are working with that clearinghouse and we will keep you updated, they have a lot of features that
we don't have now that will give more user access, we don't know the details as of yet. However, our main goal is to get claims out before we transition.


Please continue to check your claim status in Therasoft under the insurance tab, View Claim Status to verify that your claims are going through.

If the majority of your claims are Medicare and Straight Medicaid, please let us know with a ticket so that we can get you moved over to the other clearinghouse, we might not need to do this as we are awaiting
a list from Change on the carriers that are going to waive enrollment, we are awaiting a list from Change Healthcare.
