4/30/2024 Data Restoration.

Good afternoon,

In regards to the data that was entered in the week of the 15-20th of April, the data is still with the restoration team we did however receive information
that one of the drives was restored, however it does not contain the data we are looking for. There is 3 more drives to go through.

This is a good thing we found out it was not the hardware it was a drive update that failed, our restoration team has contacted the manufacture of the drive and got the update,
so the team has the drives in the lab for restoration it could take a few more days to get the information we are looking for since its a specific file
it takes time to go through 14 years of data, if you have already reentered data that is ok, we might just get duplicates and we have in place a way
to deal with that once this is restored.

Also there is no data breech with these files. 

We are contacting the restoration team several times a day just to get an update.

Please do not refile claims or take credit card payments for that week, you can always login to your merchant portal to check credit card payment that they did go through. 
We are working on getting a login to check claims for you as well. If yo have already refiled the claims that's ok, you might just get a denied duplicate claim.

We are also creating a file of the eobs that have come in for that week,  I am seeing payments for the week of the 15-20th coming in we just cant display it quite yet once
the data is reentered or we are able to restore that week then we will be able to place them back into the system.
