1. Click this link https://clearent.com/ and then the Sign In option at the top of the page
   
2. Once logged in, go to Transactions/Card Transactions on the left side of the screen
   
3. Enter the report criteria in the search fields and then click View Report
   
4. The list of transactions will be displayed
   
5. Click Export to Excel if you would like to export the records to a an excel file
