01/17/2022 - Beacon Claims
Dear Therasoft Community,
We have been informed from our user that their claims to beacon have not been going through we reached out to the carrier and they have changed their file format for claims and failed to tell us or our providers, we have worked with them to get the claims out as of Dec 15, 2021 they state you will need to refile your claims from10/1/2021 to current to get the claims out to them again, this is across the board, its not a Therasoft issue but a Carrier change in format, please resubmit your claims to them by going to the Ind tab, progress notes tab and then clicking the PRI button and submitting as original.
