Changes to Video System

As your Technology partner, we are always looking for better ways to help you. Our initial implementation of Telehealth goes back to 2014. Over the years as Video technology has evolved we have continued to update our systems. It is time to fix a few problems that we have experienced with the current video system.


1. User sessions being terminated unexpectedly

2. Appointment reminders with Join link in advance

3. Pricing of the HIPAA compliant Telehealth service


We are rolling out a new video transport system that will fix the problems and lower the cost of the service to our customers.


There will not be any change in how you use the video system for telehealth/online sessions integrated into the Therasoft calendar and the Mobile apps.


You might be prompted to choose whether you would like to use the desktop client or the browser. The desktop client allows you to select virtual background images the browser client does not. The Browser client makes it easier for clients to join without having to download software.
