We wanted to inform you this last Monday we changed the name of Counselor to Provider, over the years we have had a very large amount of customers that have requested that we change the name of Counselor to be more of a coverage of all types of Providers ranging from Prescribers to Clinical Social workers, to Counselors.

We did make the change and this should not effect anything other than the name change of the Counselor field, this will not effect the process, if you come across anything let us know and we will address it.
