Good afternoon,

I know there are still a lot of questions still about what is happening with the restoration of the data from 4/15/2024-4/20/2024.

We don't have an update as of yet. The restoration team is telling us they are waiting for a program from Dell and then they will do their final search for the data, we are reaching out daily and will have another update by tomorrow.

You might have gotten a receipt today saying your invoice for 4/15/2024 is paid we are reinserting the data of the transactions back into the system, and we are marking the payment mode as other so that it does not charge your card again. We are also working on a restoration of the SMS reminders that went out that week and waiting for the merchant company to send us the files from that week for credit card transactions as well, we do have the claims data and the eobs we are just waiting the restoration team on what the outcome will be before we can reinsert them.

Thank you for your patience, as we know this is taking a lot longer than we thought. We truly apologize. We are doing backups for every instance that is happening to another machine so we have two backups just in case.
