2 places in Therasoft to check to see if diagnosis has been entered
There are 2 places in Therasoft you will want to check and make sure the diagnosis is entered. The first place is the client registration page, on the Diagnosis tab (see example below). The diagnosis entered here is what will populate other diagnosis fields throughout Therasoft. You can enter multiple dx codes, just be sure to separate with a coma, no spaces.
(Individual/View Client)
The second place is the attendance page. This page should be updated automatically with the diagnosis entered on the client registration page. If changes/updates are needed you can either copy/paste or enter the diagnosis manually into each of the diagnosis fields, and then hit Submit at the bottom to save.
