ACTIVITY REPORTS
1Calendar Activity ReportFilter = Counselor (all), date range. List report one row per counselor. #sessions, progress notes, claims submitted and new registrations. Straight forward report that runs quickly. check on counselors caseload/workload.
2Client Activity ReportFilter = client (all), date range. Formatted report by client with formatted section for each session showing date, CPT code, amount paid.
3Company Activity Report
Filter = Date range. Formatted Report by Location then by counselor activity at that location. For each counselor # of clients, sessions, claims and whether individual or groups. indication of who is servicing which location and the activity at that location.
4Counselor Activity ReportFilter = counselor (single), date range. Formatted report at counselor level showing # of clients, sessions, billed to insurance, individual sessions, group sessions evaluations and fees from each. Quick running activity report.
5Location Activity ReportFilter = location (single select), Counselor, date range. Formatted summary for each counselor showing # of clients, sessions; billed to insurance: individual and group sessions.
