Adding a clinical assessment to a client’s record can be completed two ways – from clicking the CA button on the calendar or from pushing the “new button to the far right of the client on the Assessment page under the individual tab. You will then select the assessment type from the dropdown to start the assessment. As you complete a page of the assessment, you will click Save and Continue at the bottom of the page to take you to the next section of the assessment. Once you are on the signature tab, you will insert your password to unlock and sign and save just as you do with a progress note.
