Change of Address for your practice

How to change your address with Therasoft:

1.  Notify all insurance carriers

2.  Go to Setup\Location

3.  Select Add New

4.  Enter the information for your new address and Submit

5.  Once all insurance carriers have been notified, submit a help ticket with the new address and let us know that insurance has already been notified.

 

We will then update your address in the system where you do not have access.  We will also update Change Healthcare for you.
