Changing appointment details - 2 ways

1) Calendar: Click on the pencil for the appointment, make the change and click Change.


2) Attendance: Unmark attendance or make sure the attendance box (under Billing Units) isn't checked. If it is checked, remove the check mark and click Submit.


Then click on the blue Description of the session, ex. 90834-Ind. Therapy, the popup will come up, make the change, click Change. Then mark attendance again, if necessary.
