Automation Setup:
1. Go to Setup\Company Info
2. Select the Statement Settings button in the lower right
3. Select the Billing Frequency for the Client Billing Statement from the drop-down
4. Select which email address to send the email to from the drop-down
5. Select any other desired
6. Select the desired settings for the Super Bill Statement
7. Select Save
Available Billing Frequencies:
1. If Each Session is selected, the report should generate after attendance is marked for a
session for a client that has opted in (Yes on registration) it will have a date range of that
day only.
2. If Every Saturday is selected, the date range should default to that week (Sat thru Friday)
and include only those sessions with attendance marked. If Saturday's date is July 20, the
date range would be the previous Saturday thru July 19, so July 13-July 19.
3. If 1st day of month is selected, the date range should default to the previous month and
include only those sessions with attendance marked. If the statements are generated on
August 1, the date range would be July 1-31.
4. If Last day of month is selected, the date range should default to the current month and
include only those sessions with attendance marked. If the statements are generated on
July 31, the date range would be July 1-31.
Opt-in your clients:
1. Go to Individual\View Clients
2. Select a client
3. In the Opt-In section, Select Yes or No for Send Statement (This is the Client Billing
Statement)
4. In the Opt-In section, Select Yes or No for Send Superbill (This is the Super Bill Report)
Statement Overrides Dialog:
You can override the Company level settings for a specific client. This means that if the company
is set to send the Client Billing Statement once a month, you can override it to send to a specific
client after every session instead.
1. Go to Individual\View Clients
2. Select a client
3. Select the Statement Overrides button.
4. Select the desired settings for this client only.
5. Select Save.
Statement Overrides behavior:
For the client billing statement:
If Billing Frequency is NOT “Select”, then use the frequency indicated here for this client only.
If Email to is NOT “Select”, then use the email address indicated here for this client only.
For the super bill statement:
If Billing Frequency is NOT “Select”, then use the frequency indicated here for this client only.
If Email to is NOT “Select”, then use the email address indicated here for this client only.
Billing Email Log Report:
Located under Billing Reports and Weekly Reports. This report will track all billing emails sent
from within Therasoft. This includes items sent manually and by the automation.

Super Bill Report
Payment Receipt
Super Bill from the receipt
Third-Party Billing Statement sent from the receipt
Third-Party Billing Statement Report
