Emdeon Vision - Helpful Hints

HOW TO PULL UP AN EOB IN EMDEON VISION:

- Login into Emdeon Vision

- Click on Reporting & Analytics and then Claim Management

- Click on Payments at the top

- Select ERA Search

- In the Time Period field, select the appropriate time range and clicked Search

- In the options presented below, look for the check date and then the check number (Payment #) that matches the check # on the payment you received. (Their check numbers start with a C and have a couple of extra digits but should be easy to narrow down if you hover over them.)

- Click on the Payment # to open the EOB
