PIN already in use, Enter another pin error

Follow the steps below if you see this message appear while on the client registration page

 

Pin already in use, Enter another pin

1. 1. Click the Client Portal/myTherapist tab
   2. Change the pin number to any 4 digits
   3. Click Save

-You should be able to make changes and save now
