Printing Client Address Labels

When you export the Client Address Labels Report to an Excel spreadsheet you can use the mail merge feature in Word to create and print mailing labels. 

Steps:
  1. Generate the Client Address Labels Report in Therasoft
  2. Export to MS Excel (Data Only)
  3. Open MS Word and go to Mailings > Start Mail Merge > Step-by-Step Mail Merge Wizard.
  4. In the Mail Merge menu, select Labels.
  5. Select Starting document > Label Options to choose your label size. Choose your Label vendors and Product number. You'll find the product number on your package of labels. Select OK.
  6. Choose Select recipients > Browse to upload the mailing list. Select your mailing list table and then OK > OK.
  7. Select Arrange your labels > Address block > Select Recipient's name format > Click Match Fields > Use the drop-down list to select the appropriate field component for each > OK > OK
  8. To replicate the first label, select Update all labels.
  9. Select Preview your labels to edit details such as paragraph spacing.
  10. Select Complete the progress. Choose Print > OK > OK to print your labels.
  11. Go to File > Save if you want to save your document.
