Sending the client an email with the link to join the video session

To send the client an email with the link to join simply click on the video camera icon on your Therasoft calendar. When you click on the camera icon you will see a message come up that asks if you want to start the online session, click Yes.


You clicking the camera icon in Therasoft is what triggers the email that is sent to the client with the link to join . That's it!  The client will be prompted to start the session in their web browser or to download the video app.  They do not need to login or enter a PIN.  The session will open automatically.  Be sure and have them check their SPAM or JUNK folder in the event the email was flagged as such.


If they are unable to locate the email you can manually send them a link:

Option 1) click the pencil and you will see a box that says Meeting ID with 3 options, select copy to copy the link so you can paste it into an email to send outside of Therasoft, click email to re-send the link in an email directly from Therasoft or click SMS to send the link in a text message 



Option 2) click the alarm clock and use the online message option




Option 3) This option is for zoom users only.  Once you are connected in the video meeting you will see a green icon in the upper left corner.  Click on the icon and select copy link.  Paste the link in a new email and send to the client.
