Treatment Plan

Treatment Plan

Adding a treatment plan to a client’s record can be completed two ways – from clicking  the TP button on the calendar or from pushing the “new” button to the far right of the client on the Treatment Plan page under the individual tab. As you complete a page of the treatment plan, you will click Save and Continue at the bottom of the page to take you to the next section of the treatment plan. Once you are on the signature tab, you will insert your password to unlock and sign and save just as you do with a progress note.
