A workaround has been identified for the app crashing when logging in using Face ID on the Therasoft mobile app.

To prevent the app from using the Face ID for login follow the steps below:

1) Open the Therasoft mobile app

2) Select Cancel when the Face ID login appears on screen 

3) Type in your login credentials and login to the app

4) Select Settings and turn the option for Fingerprint Login to OFF

This is a temporary workaround to use while our development team works to resolve the issue.
