You do not have sufficient permissions to access these pages

If clients see this message when logging into the client portal - "You do not have sufficient permissions to access these pages"

The client's assigned provider will need to go to their Calendar in Therasoft and select the Portal Settings button to establish client privileges.  These settings are user specific which means only the user or therasoft support will be able to make changes.  Please refer to this kb article for additional information on Setting up your Client Portal and myTherapist app permissions
