What do the colors on the Calendar mean?

What do the colors on the Calendar mean?

A1 (All in One), A (Attendance), P (Payment), and B (Balance) can be Red, Yellow or Green. 
  1.  Red means not started
  2. Yellow means started but not completed
  3. Green means you have completed the task
N (Progress Note) can be Red, Yellow, Blue, Orange or Green.
  1.  Red means not started
  2. Yellow means In Progress
  3. Blue means Finished
  4. Orange means Rejected
  5. Green means Approved
- CA (Clinical Assessment) and TP (Treatment Plan) can be White, Yellow or Gray, Orange, Blue or Green.

  1. Yellow mean completed that day
  2. Gray means completed on a different day
  3. Orange means Rejected
  4. Blue means Finished
  5. Green means Approved
- (Insurance) can be Gray, Red, Yellow, or Green.
  1. Gray means no insurance
  2. Red means unbilled
  3. Yellow mean pending
  4. Green means paid
- Alarm Clock (Send Reminder or Send Message) can be Red, Green, Blue, Yellow or Black.
Video Camera (Telehealth) can be Gray, Yellow or Green.
