Supervisor Settings
Supervisor - Setup Tab > Provider/Staff
                 Check These Boxes
  1. QA Staff
  2. No Supervisor Signature Required
  3. Save at bottom of page
Therapist (Supervisee) - Setup Tab > Provider/Staff
                 Supervisor Dropdown to the right of the page
  1. Select Name of Person that is Supervising
  2. Save at bottom of page
On User Administration page 
  1. No Allow Deletes
  2. No Company Reports
  3. No boxes checked under Setup
Check on Company Page -
  1.  Approve/Reject Docs on Notification Checked
  2. Supervisor Allow Therapist View Checked *will not be able to view treatment plans or assessments if not checked
